Background:
"Life if Great! Life is Easy!" This is the common words of our CEO and she always feels that EVERYTHING starts with the right tone in the mind, heart and soul.
And it is her mission to support others to set the right inner tone for themselves and support others so that they can 'see' the opportunities and experience quantum transformation in their own life.
So, here is a little story about of our CEO's background...
She is a Sino-Kadazan from Sabah, mother of two teenage boys, a sole proprietress of CAVY Enterprise, a CEO, Professional Educator & Coach at AEIWellness of AEI Wellness Sdn. Bhd., a director in Lim Hee Muk Realty Sdn Bhd (a property investment company) and a director in Holistic Transformation Sdn Bhd (owner & developer of StoneAgeSpa Cultural Park in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah).
Her own proprietorship business named CAVY Enterprise was involved in online directory services through EBLitzNet from 2013-2016 and through this avenue, she envisioned then ‘to be the business reference center for all users as well as a trusted and valuable partner, to our clients and customers’. Her offline professional services included consulting and outsource services, which are segregated into two categories (a) frontline support services such as offline sales & business marketing, social media marketing, affiliate marketing, business and individual reprogramming and empowerment, new business proposal concept designing and planning; and (b) back-end support services such as office administration, inventory and accounting management consulting and restructuring, financial and operational data analysis and reporting, GST related services, franchise development and registration works and trademark registrations.
Since her graduation from De Montfort University of Leicester in United Kingdom in June 1999 as a 1st class (Hons.) Accounting and Finance degree holder, she has worked in various industries with multiple portfolios and had undertaken various responsibilities in the junior and senior positions in the past 21 years. Her journey to date has gained her myriad of experiences in sales & marketing, business risk and management control, operational and financial auditing, improvements & control, project planning, management and coordination, general business management, food & beverage management & operations, franchise program development, self-discovery training, energy healing for individuals, land and buildings and life transformation coaching. She has gained her past experiences from responsibilities held in prominent & internationally linked companies such as Qi-Mag Institute of Sri Lanka, Ernst & Young of Sabah, JH Tan & Associates in Singapore, American Express (M) of Kuala Lumpur, Lien Hoe Bhd and Salcon Engineering Bhd of Selangor, Fook Yuen Group of Sabah, Affiliate Junction of Kuala Lumpur and other smaller companies along her work life.
She is currently holding an Associate membership of the Institute of Internal Auditors of Malaysia, a Life membership of Sabah Women Entrepreneurs & Professional Association (SWEPA) and a Professional Membership at ANLP, UK.
Notable Certifications & Qualifications: Apart from her 1st Class BA (Hons.) Degree in Accounting & Finance from De Montfort University, she felt the need to continue with learning and educating herself with more practical life transforming knowledge and skills and therefore, she has equipped herself with more useful and practical knowledge plus valuable skills that can help her to deliver more effective training, coaching and consultations on holistic wellness and empowerment for individuals and businesses. Her professional certifications now include Certified Teacher of Lo'Shu Astrology Practitioner for self-discovery, Certified NLP Master & Practitioner, Competent Neutracon Quantum Life Transformational Coaching for Past Lives Coaching (N1.1 and N1.2) & Ancestral Coaching (N2), Competent Qi-Mag Quantum Qi Healthy Therapeutic Coach (or QQQI Bio-Healer), Qi-Mag Teacher-Master for Qi-Mag Tao Geomantic 1 (Land & Building Cleansing, Harmonization & Revitalisation), Qualified Malaysia GST Agent whilst her other certifications include training in Shen-Ion HarmoNIK Technology Know How, Affiliate Marketing, Financial Reporting Standards (FRS Malaysia), OHSAS safety at work & construction sites, service concessions arrangement, project management, internal auditing in project, financial, investigative & forensic, Key Performance Indicators methodology, basic first aid & life support. On top of all these, she is a Certified Human Resources Development Corp. (HRDCorp) Malaysia Trainer and currently pursuing internationally recognised qualification as Holistic Wellness Coach at IAWP.
Prominent Change for The Way Forward in AEI: In November 2016, AEIWellness has taken over the online directory portal of EBLitzNet with upgrading and expansionary intention to include online promotion and marketing of local tourism products and services. She joins AEIWellness as a shareholder, partner and director and continues to provide her knowledge and skills in the online directory and marketing business to AEI for the successful implementation of the upgraded online platform.
She was appointed as the CEO of AEIWellness with effect from 1st January 2017 to provide her professional services for total management, marketing, sales and administration services as well as a Coach to support and achieve the Vision, Mission and Core Practices of AEIWellness.
Both of our Executive Chairman and CEO are highly motivated to implement and achieve AEIWellness’ vision, mission and core practices and they are highly determined to touch the lives of every living being in the entire globe with the products and services offered through AEIWellness. They are grateful that the internet technology helped a lot in creating online presence for AEIWellness products and services especially the social media applications and AEIWellness’ official websites. And to enable real personal touch and services to the end users or customers, AEIWellness has partnered with selected entrepreneurs around the globe. AEIWellness currently has 20 Malaysian SME business owners and 9 Non-Malaysian entrepreneurs as its Authorised Distributing Partners (ADP) to distribute AEIWellness products in Malaysia and the global markets. Whilst the Malaysian partners are mostly focused on Malaysia market, the international partners are focused on markets in Singapore, Brunei, Belgium, Berlin, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Mexico and the United States.
